I have been doing it for 3 weeks, the first week being the hardest! Now 3.6kgs down, feeling fantastic and in ketosis. I eat between 20-50g carbs a day and I use ketostix to check ketones.

I think it may be time to look a bit further afield for support. You need to find your self worth again. Great work on losing 70lbs last year, 15lbs is nothing in comparison to that and you can lose it again. You are an attractive women and you need to start believing that. I too am a huge chocolate fan, I have it everyday. I buy the Cadbury fun size treat bars which works out between 55-80 cals per bar. I just work it into my allowance. I find that if I deprive myself of it then I will want to binge. You'll soon learn to moderate it and enjoy it guilt free.

Exactly the same as this. Better today than yesterday but still over. It's the wine that did it for me! Had a lovely weekend with family and friends but back on track tomorrow.

I always buy frozen veggies. I used to constantly forget to buy fresh veg on my way home from work which then led to me making poor food choices as I couldn't be bothered to go out again and buy them. I now always ensure that I buy 2 bags of frozen veg at a time so there is no excuse!

I have cut out all alcohol for the past 4 weeks and have dropped over 6lbs. No alcohol means better food choices for me. Hangover food is what slowed me down, it's now falling off at a steady rate.

A little update; BMI down to 30.01 and we have our referral appt this coming Wednesday 26th! I just hope that the doctor will refer us, only 1lb away from being 29.86! Fingers crossed!
