Hello there Shelby I also suffer from anemia which really keep me tired alot and I have to push myself to workout. I'm alos on a 1200 calorie a day eating plan and exercising 3 to 4 times a week. Feel free to add me as a friend and lets encourage each other. Good luck. You can do anything!

Hi you should do you RDI then shave 500 calories a day from that. It's takes 3500 calories per pound so 500 x 7= 3500 that makes you lose 1 pound a week and more if your exercising always create a defecit.
