there's a 30 minute yoga class on yogaglo (though it's a pay for site) that i enjoyed recently. one for pre one for per and one for post menstraution. otherwise, like others have said, chocolate :). though know that doesnt help with fitness goals ;) 5 grams of dark chocolate with a nice cup of tea is nice and wont set you…
