I really like those veggie potato chips. They're in the organic aisle at the market I go to... I think the brand is Nature's something.. (Nature's Own maybe?), but I know u can eat 40 chips for only 140 calories.. I think they taste good and they satisfy my chip craving for very little calories.

Cannibal Holocaust and Antichrist are the most shocking, out of the ordinary horror films I can think of... Cannibal Holocaust has a bad rep, because all the animal violence on film is real.. but Antichrist has a mix of psychological horror and outright revulsion.. I'd be interested to know what u think if u watch them.

I did C25K up to week 5.. I prefer to do it on my own. I didn't like how it jumped from 8 minutes to 20, then back down.. I've tried waking up early to work out.. I would kill to be a morning person.. ugh. but my biggest issue is morning stiffness.. My Achilles tendons are never ready to go first thing in the morning.. always very stiff.

This is so true.. I'm working on getting to the point that I can actually sustain running for that long.. It usually takes me about 45 minutes to get in a 25-30 minute run, because I do a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down.. and one or two breaks depending on my mood and willpower. lol

That's exactly my issue! I have to straighten my hair at this length, because I regrettably cut it, and it looks horrible when I let it go curly unless it's longer.. You should eat back at least enough to keep your net calories at 1200.. otherwise, it can be unhealthy. However, if you're really just not hungry.. don't bother.

Thats what I do. I log if I weigh in less than the last weight I logged. Sometimes I log once a week, sometimes 3 times a week.. depends how it goes.
