make sure yr using proper form. im about to start week 5 and ive never jogged before this.. i had the same problem in the beginning then i researched proper running technique on youtube and it instantly solved my problem.

"Fat" is not a feminist issue. The issue is the way women are treated in response to that. Being "fat" is a health issue. On a side note.. It was hard but boring at the same time. I could DO it, but I really had to push through.. and the only thing u think about the entire time is what you're doing. When I jog I'm watching a show, or when I go outside I'll enjoy the scenery. Tennis is fun, bc I'm with friends.. so I like a distraction when I exercise. lol…

Kickboxing sounds like fun. It's not really in my budget to pay for a class, though, and the class in my area is on Saturday and I'd rather not send my daughter to daycare for that. Are there any good kickboxing videos?

yeah exactly. yr net calories should equal yr goal of 1200 per day. it shows yr daily goal as 1927, bc u burned 727 so u have to add that to the 1200. MFP does it for u.

I do 1360 calories for about 12 weeks at a time and then a week right below my maintenance calories for my current weight. 1360 is my calorie goal if I wanna lose 1 1/2 lbs per week. Wow, I did the first day if C25K and it was pretty hard, but I'm gonna keep doing it. I also did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (still on level 1, but this was my 5th time) and played tennis. I burned alot more calories today than I usually do and it feels great.
