Also take a look at what you are eating versus what you are putting out. I find I hit different plateaus and need to ramp up the exercise for a week to get the metabolisms in over drive. Or if you slow down or stop the exercising all together the weight will also stop coming off. If you are still doing the same routine…

So many wonderful ideas, I normally add 1/8 tbsp of pure maple syrup as part of my lunch or breakfast every day.

I agree with hwillmott, get rid of the scale. As long as you are feeling good and are improving your life style......cause that is what this is really all about! improving ones self and losing inches is great improvement. Keep it up way to!!!

Agreed especial when you are getting closer to that end goal. It is hardest to lose that last 20-10 lbs then any other. Also the body does get use to the exercise you routinely do, so switch it up, keep your body guessing.

I found drinking unsweetened carbonated water like perrier helped me to kick pop. Not that I was heavy pop drinker but would indulge in juices as well.

I am not a fan of most pork products ( except for pork tenderloin ( if cooked properly) and bacon ), Cauliflower used to love but can't eat it raw or cooked now. Boiled potatoes make me gag, not a fan of under done and unseasoned rice.
