Quinoa! I read all of these recipes talking about how good it is for you and it is loaded with calories. Not worth it.

Not sure about the cleanse, but the pills were a horrible experience for me, and did not help me lose any weight at all. I have a pretty strong stomach, and all those pills did was make me sick for a week, despite taking them with food every time. Money down the drain. I count that an Elliptical training,so I'm curious to know if that is in accurate as well. I typically switch between the elliptical with the moving arms and the one where I can adjust the height of the ramp. Great question!

I totally hear ya. For some reason I really lost the self discipline and gained the L-B's in 2010. Need to step it up this year. I'll take a few mean friends as well. Seems like this site is a good start

Not from Vegas, but I feel extra stress about my weight/appearance every time I hit the town out there! Can only imagine how hard it would be to live there. @HeartsTurtle, moving around during commercial breaks is a good one and really helps, not only that, but my house is cleaner :) I also try to watch at least half of whatever show I'm watching sitting on my big yoga ball instead of the couch. I swear it helps!
