WATER AND EXERCISE WORK FOR ME, I DRINK 1 LITRE IN THE MIDDAY MORNING WITHIN 30MINS AND SAME IN THE AFTERNOON, GIVE IT A GO, IT CAN'T HURT :) OR TRY EATING SOME FRUIT WHEN YOU FIRST GET UP AND WAIT 20MINS BEFORE YOU EAT YOUR BREAKFAST HOPE THIS HELPS X

Hello! i did WW and i lost 6kgs, but i found i ended up turning away from it as i was feeling happier. I really enjoy using MFP as i can check the calories on packaging at the supermarket instead of having to stand there and work out the points. i always break my calories in 3 so i get a third for every meal, i then plan what im going to eat, and then if i have extra or have done a good work out, i can have a treat i.e. an ice cream or something. It gets to tricky if you don't plan and you end up missing dinner or something when you aren't full.
