Just get whatever you want it's only one meal. You said you don't go out to eat often so you might as well get something you will enjoy. Maybe cut back calories during the beginning of the day if you want it to still fit your macros.

For the most part but I eat pretty much the same things every day so it's not that hard.

In addition to what the previous posters said, focus on heavy compound lifts more than isolation exercises.
