Hi and good luck! I'm on day 2 and fingers crossed feeling positive after a good first day. I also have a huge appetite. I don't really crave a specific food, just food in general lol. For my first week I've decided to focus on smaller portion sizes and more fluids. Feel free to add me if you want some support :)
