I'm 6'4". My doctor wants me between 190-210 lbs. Yeah right, when I played football (the best shape I was in ever in my life) i was 253 with 8% BF. I'm shooting for 250. The only way I get to 190-210 is to remove a leg.

I add in about a 1/4 diced onion, 5-6 kalamata olives chopped, some fresh parsley and as a dressing I use 3 tablespoons olive oil and the juice and zest of 1 lemon and mix it all in with tuna.
