Vitamin C
Wondering if I should supplement more with Vitamin C. I take one vitamin C a day along with a mature multi vitamin. I try, but usually fail at getting all my servings of fruits and vegetables. Was wondering if should add another vitamin c dose to my daily routine to help, or if it would be a waste. Any opinions?

Breakfast Meat
I usually eat 2 eggs/ 1 egg white omelet every morning with either bacon or canadian bacon. I'm looking for something besides those 2 options, because I've been reading a lot about sodium nitrates and nitrites. Any recommendations on breakfast meats that are somewhat healthy that I can substitute. Cost is an issue here, so…

Recipes for salmon
Let me preface this post by saying that I have tried salmon several different ways and I cannot stand it. It is way too fishy for my taste. I like some fish/seafood like shrimp, talapia, catfish, amberjack and snapper. My wife's coworker suggested we try frozen wild salmon, and that it doesn't taste fishy. Just wondering…
