Just discovered these naked juices and smoothies. I've been drinking the green machine one. I'm wondering what you guys think about them. Are they worth the calories, I'm kinda skeptical of labels, but it touts a lot of veggies and fruits, but the first two ingredients are apple juice and pineapple juice i think. Just looking for some opinions.

They are good, aren't they? I don't know about the nutrition 'worth' but they are filling and are a good option. If I'm right, they have no added sugar?0

they're..... not as good as you think. do you drink 1 serving or the whole bottle? because the whole bottle is actually two servings and gives you MORE sugar than a coke.
naked juice - just like all fruit juice - is sugar without the benefit of the fiber, so it spikes your insulin much higher and faster than eating regular fruit
the good news is they do have a ton of nutrients as well, but be careful. they're fine every now and again, but make sure you're staying in your sugar allotment for the day!0 -

Pretty much all of the reviews from people who don't work for Naked that I can find say the same thing. No fiber, more sugar than really necessary - despite none being "added" - due to the apple juice, no real nutritional benefit.0 -
I use naked juice to mix my protein smoothie. I hate protein powder and it tastes delish this way. I otherwise don't eat a lot of sugar so I don't care.0

just make sure you keep good track - because one Naked Juice has 56g of sugar, which is already higher than my 3000 cal limit of 55g0 -

Buzz killington.
But, I agree.0 -
I like the taste of them. I prefer the Blue Machine though because it actually does have fiber in it. I think either 13-14g for the 15 oz bottle, 7 grams per serving. I think the Mango Veggie one has about 10 for the bottle or 5 per serving.0
