Rushfit

So I just finished Day 1, Week 1 of Rushfit. It kicked my *kitten*... I thought since I usually run 3-5 miles a day this wouldn't be that hard. Boy was I wrong. I was pouring sweat after the first round, but loving the way I feel now. Can't wait to see what I look like after the 8 weeks. Anyone else try Rushfit? What were the results?

    Still pushing through the beginner schedule and then I'm gonna pick up the first 4 weeks of the intermediate and then take a few weeks off and just do cardio and then pick up the intermediate schedule all the way through plus the first 4 weeks of advanced. I'm loving the results so far, I'm more functionally fit than ever, the works are fairly hard, some more than others, i.e. the fight conditioning workout is not really challenging any more, but most of them still leave me exhausted, tired and pouring sweat. I haven't lost many pounds on the program, but I have lost around 3" on my stomach and gained inches in my arms and quads. Hope you pick it up soon.
