I have been supplementing with whey protein and glutamine for a while and have seen great results from my strength training, but I'm hearing more and more about bcaa's. Wondering if anyone else out there has experience with bcaas and what the results were.

Glutamine is an amino acid so taking a BCAA supplement may not be all that different. Just compare how much gluatamine you're taking versus what's in a BCAA supplement and make a decision. The advantage to taking the BCAA is that it obviously has gluatamine in it but you're also getting Leucine which has been determined to be the key amino in muscle synthesis. Also, check your Whey drink, it may have an amino complex in it.0
