Hated not being able to where the "cute" outfits. So i started by getting full length mirrors in my bedroom and bathroom. ;-)

Yes your calorie in take restarts daily. Mine is 1200 calories a day. But dont forget lots of water ! :-)

I just joined the site. But seen a squat challenge starting sept 1. starts with 50 and they add 5 a day through the month with rest day every 4 days. Not sure if your interested but it would be a challenge and should show some results.

I have been told a cheese stick and mini box of raisins. = @ 100 calories. Or exchange raisins for apple slices.

Just joined the site. I weigh myself every morning and have been writing it down. I dont count the through the day etc weight as of course as you eat or drink through the day will change your weight. My opinion any way. Hope this helps ! :-)
