Not a huge dairy fan, but if I do it's definitely full fat raw for me too

I thrive best on 40%protein/30% carbs/30% fat. I'm not a huge carb lover and get most of my carbs from fruits and veggies. My protein comes primarily from chicken, turkey, eggs and whey protein powder. Fats from avocado, coconut oil and omegs 3's. Good luck!

I'm 5'8" and started out at 183. I'm currently 176 and my goal weight is 145-150.

I use it in salad dressings and try to drink it dilluted in water several times a week for the health benefits, but definitely not for a weight loss aid.

TJ's hummus. Best hummus ever! I also like their seaweed, unsweetened cranberry juice (bargain!) and cut up veggies.

I have similar stats as you (177, 5'8", 40yo, cardio 3 days, weight lifting 3 days) and I have found eating back about half of my exercise calories works for me. I'm around 1500-1600 calories a day most days. And definitely get enough protein for all of that muscle repair! Good luck with your journey. :)

I'm in week 5 now and am so glad I have stuck with it. It is worth it so keep going!!! I have missed two days (and feel so guilty about that) but am committed to finishing strong. I'm on week 5 and loving it! I'm seeing more inches lost than pounds, but that is fine with me. My clothes are fitting much better now so I'll take it! Add me if you want. I love the motivation and accountability.

I love Vega One protein powder. The natural flavor is my favorite and I usually have it once a day for a snack. Mix with water and it has 140 calories and 15 grams of protein. It also has some fiber and Omega-3's and it does a pretty good job of filling me up for a quick mid day snack.

I started T25 last week, so I am on the 2nd of week of Alpha. I typically hate to workout in my home. I'm not a DVD workout person at all. I prefer to exercise outside, but the short and cold winter days were making that difficult. I decided to try this out. And I absolutely LOVE it! It is a TOUGH 25 minutes, but anyone…

I'm slept horrible and am exhausted this morning... I will hit the snooze button a few times and workout tonight. I had a stressful day at work today and I'm exhausted....I will just have a glass of wine and work out tomorrow morning. (And the vicious cycle begins.)
