I find I get hungry in the evenings too, it's okay to have a light snack at night to keep the hunger at bay.. at least that's what my trainer tells me. Maybe it's the combination of foods, protein bar for breakfast doesnt' really sound that healthy, why not try switching breakast to a breakfast smoothie or egg white…

I think it's a never ending cycle of starting over... I have started over so many times I lost count. But this time is different, I hired a trainer and am working really hard even when i'm not with the trainer and most importantly and paying better attention to what I am eating... I sure hope this was my last time to start…
