Me too, I tricked myself though to eat under 1300 cal during the day, so when I sneak my snack at night (usually around 150 cal) I'm still under 1500 cal a day.

I always liked running outside better. But you might have to pace yourself so you don't go too fast or slow. Also being in the wind might evaporate some sweat. Also, if you're running on pavement or concrete, it does put more stress on your joints. However, I still like it better. It's more realistic for me (and I don't…

A perfect 8. I'm pretty tall and have a "shapely" behind so I know anything smaller than that and i'll be too thin. I'd be really happy with a 10 again (I miss those days :) )

So true! This is my 4th attempt at MFP and the first time I've stuck with it for that exact reason. You have to ease into the deficit to let your body adjust :)
