Don't keep any at home, but reserve it as an occasional treat in the summer!

I've been putting my old clothes in the recycling box for collection alongside my household waste. By keeping the old stuff, I was in danger of going back to old habits knowing I had larger clothes to wear. Being able to buy more fashionable clothes that fit better has been a great incentive!

Wow the change is so dramatic! Altho to be honest, I haven't really got the confidence to share a before picture :P Inspiring!

I've lost about two stone... for me, beginning to lose my man boobs! Its so embarrassing having people squeeze them when they are big and floppy lol. Having a flatter chest has given me a little more self confidence and the will power to keep going.
