Weighing daily has it pros and cons. It can help with accountability as long as you don't over focus on the scale as it can be obsessive. Please take your measurements and track them for the times when the scale disappoints! It will help to record your weight weekly to have a more accurate view of how you are doing overall.

Thanks for sharing!! Start tracking everything you eat. Make a goal of eating 1200 to 1500 calories a day with a net goal of 1200 calories (calories minus exercise). Also try eating more fruit and vegetables to trim inches but be sure to eat protein at every meal. Best of luck!!
