I had the first one and have the 2 now. Quite literally the best thing I've ever had <3

I was exactly the same - beer/wine every night, and you're right it's just empty calories. The thing I find now that I don't drink during the week is that exercise is a lot less sluggish, I feel motivated to do it there isn't an underlying malaise. I think it's something to do with the fact that alcohol disturbs your deep…

I finished it, lost 12 pounds, felt amazing after it. It's a damned hard workout compared to Body Revolution. I'd recommend it
-
I did the exact same thing it's made me pretty mindful of what I consume! Yeah I log everything that goes into my big gob and that frequently includes junk for better or worse!
-
Hmmm I always put the whole tablespoon in my calories to be safe. I'm always on the side of caution lol

Big fitness DVD fan. Jillian Michaels is my favourite have done her 30 Day Shred and Body Revolution both lost me a fair amount of weight and increased my fitness loads. Cost is negligible compared to going to a gym

Wow thanks doc you should tell the world!!!
-
I am now a medium t-shirt/jumper and not a large for the first time in 13 years. Hooray!!!!!!
-
I wouldn't say easy. Boring maybe - quite repetitive
-
Starting this next week, watched workout one so I know what's coming, looks pretty intense!!

I'm with you. Beer is my downfall. I exercise a LOT but the beer counteracts a lot of it :( My own fault! Must do better.

I have stretch marks on my arms and one of my tattoos does go over them. It doesn't hide them really, the texture is still perfectly visible but obviously the colour of the mark is not. Tattooing over them is a bit harder than normal, the definition is a little murkier than non-marked areas.

Vodka and slimline tonic/diet coke is the best. I personally manage to mess up every weekend by going against that and having either wine or beer! Damn willpower!!
-
I pre-log food just to keep me on track. I won't log the exercise until I've actually done it. It just feels like a reward afterwards, something to look forward to "sweet I've finished, time to tell the (MFP) world!!"

I always have, but am finding lately it's interfering with loss so might have to stop. The rest of the week being good, I'm playing catchup all the time
-
Wow, who knew such a thing existed? I've just ordered myself a spiralizer, thanks for that!!!
-
I've done it once right the way through and it was great, lost a good 16 pounds, now doing a 'half' version of it with one week for each two sets of workouts. The best thing about it is how much stronger you get. Recommend to anyone, but second what someone said above your diet has to be spot on as well.

In the past I've always been 'I'll start on X date' kind of person but I've had to stop it, it's a terrible attitude to have IMO as it just makes things harder when you do get around to it. Get on it now, give yourself treats every so often if that helps (denying yourself sucks!!), and don't leave it until it's an…

Love that. I have a similar goal to you I'm 6 foot with a goal of 180 and it's getting close. Been doing as much strength training as possible so when the fat is gone it's not a horrifically steep slope to building muscle! Well done again.
-
Mate that's dead impressive. What made you want to lose weight?
-
Good to hear I'm not alone, now to somehow break through the barrier and lose the rest!
-
I liked cauliflower base, it wasn't sturdy but it was tasty.
-
Ah yes nightmare :disappointed: You've got a good alternative getting around the pizza cravings. I made a soy flour pizza base the other day - it was 16g of carb per 100g of flour and I used 78g. I could only eat half of it but it was amazing and I topped it with pure heaven. It wasn't soggy. It's basically the first…

I think you're right, as soon as I get compliments I'm like "that's enough, sweet, somebody else has noticed" and then like you say it just tails off. I do get a lot of the "you're losing too much" and "you're too thin already" - pfff I've only just got out of the obese category still a good stone and a bit until I'm…
-
I used sliced aubergine instead of pastas sheets in mine - it worked really well but it really still isn't the same lol
-
The good is that it becomes pretty easy to keep within your calories as you're swapping out heavy pasta, bread and potatoes etc for veggie alternatives, and like you say the weight pretty much falls off. I never found that I had less energy or some of the other things people mention. The bad is that you miss a lot of foods…

All good advice I liked it

I take a rest day every week on it - it takes 5 weeks like that. I'm sure you need a rest day from high intensity workouts like this
