7-10 months (between 2-3 lbs per month) - I edited my earlier response. That way you are already "living the lifestyle" when you reach your weight. Slow and steady wins the race! Good luck! :smile:

Starting on Monday June 2nd! 1. 360 minutes of exercise - (varied) - avg. 60 min /day - Weights, Situps, Running, Elliptical, Walking, Kettlebells 2. 72000 Fitbit Steps - 12000 steps per day 3. 3 Days where I do pushups! Go for it!

This has actually turned out to be one of the most positive topics I have seen on the forums in a long time! What I like about this is that everyone here is helping themselves out and then helping out others!
