Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering who the next character would be about. I thought they might stick with other characters from the graphic novels, but I don't recognize that name.

I am kind of interested in the black and white version of the pilot, but I also don't wan't to kid myself. There is a B&W version of The Mist (also Frank Darabount) on that DVD,and frankly, it didn't seeem to make it any better of an experience for me.

I noticed they didn't even try, but I concluded that it really doesn't matter what he looks like. It's not his appearance, but his brutality that defines him. David Morissey looks kinda pissed in that picture, so that's a good sign.

Yeah, 28 Days later which were living people zombies infected by a virus. More like a severe case of rabies. Regular come-back-from-the-dead zombies are scary in a different way, but when it happens, they'll probably be fast. And I wouldn't be scared of I Am Legend vampires. I would be thinking those are obviously fake…

I think we'll see Rick run across them again eventually. The show hasn't progressed to that same point in the comics, though. So either it will be a while or they will work them in another way.

Alright, fine you guys. I was trying not to get poked in the eye for giving spoilers. Yeah I knew that.

I don't think the armless zombies will be re-occuring characters if the hoodie character is going to stay around. The other characters might not like them. My theory is that she just uses them to mask her smell to the other zombies. Just a theory of course. It seems silly, but makes just as much sense as the concept of…

I played this. It's very short, as it is meant to be episodic. It's kind of more of a very simplistic rpg style game. There's lots of conversing with other characters and you have a few ways that you can respond, which is supposed to be influencing the story line. As far as the action goes, it's more like playing very…

Love the Left4Dead games, but also Dead Island for a more immersive survival type games. I just wish there were more guns in Dead Island, but maybe I am not far enough in.

I liked Carriers quite a bit. Some very tense scenes - the gas mask guys and the ladies in the car especially.

I respectfully disagree that you have to EVER accept talking zombies. Bub was about all I will accept, and an occasional Return of the Living Dead zombie. At this point there's enough out there that you should be ok. I was never too big into superheroes besides Batman, and I couldn't stand the idea of Marvel zombies, but…

Cool, now I don't have to sneak playboy by my wife. Thanks.

That all rings a bell, thanks for the refresher. If she begins a relationship with T-Dog, it'll shore up some of the theories we have about them trying to fit him into the character of Tyrese. Otherwise, she could gravitate to Darryl, and start a whole new love triangle between with Carol and him. It's not too far off…

Funny you ask that, I always kind of wondered that about Michonne's pet zombies. I would think they would still be kind of agressive basically headbutting her for a while. Maybe they just gave up and got used to her or some primal part of the memory about her kicked in. They didn't seem too agressive towards Andrea. Maybe…

He was very willing to stay and help Hershel defend the farm. They have really nailed it with this character, he's hard not to like!

I always thought the bullet went through both Lori and the baby. I could be wrong, but that's how I remember it. My books are always out on loan to someone, so i can never check. I was always wondering if the show would kill off the leading lady. I also wondered if they show would show Carl kill Shane, or if a kid killing…

Kissing a zombie in any manner is weird! I thought I have been having, is the show intentionally trying to make Lori an unlikable character so they can be true to the comic regarding her fate at the end of the prison?
-
Yeah I hear you, thanks for helping me form my thoughts, because what I think I mean is I am surprised that they did not at least try to do that, the three of them, as part of the process. It would have been a chance for Lori to air the laundry and make sure Shane knew her decision to be with Rick was final, saying it all…

You know, I know it wouldn't have been very screen worthy, and not to sound like a girly-man, but had the three of them sat down and just discussed it all and been as open as possible, I wonder how it would have turned out. They all had a history together before the zombie rise. What was really so wrong about Shane and…

Good point. It's not too far of a leap to think they might all converge back at that spot.

In defense of Herschel's gun - they did show him reloading shells at times, but he did seem to be pushing the limit at times. I am gun geek, I tend notice these things. I hear you on the vehicles not being stocked for an emergency - I was very surprised, however, that they must have discussed off screen meeting up back at…

Cool at Renn Fest's, scottish games, etc. It would be a little weird to see a guy wearing one around though if not at those places. You said it, "attention hog." Of course, if you look tough enough, no one's going to bother you. I say do what you want you feel comfortable in, and don't let what other's think bother you.

Well she walks up to the prison though a crowd of zombies, with two zombies on chains with their arms and jaws removed, this helped mask her scent from other zombies. And don't forget one of those zombies was her boyfriend. Her weapon of choice is a katana sword. She instantly becomes a very strong character and an asset…

I don't think the virus makes any changes to your brain while you are alive. If they are all infected, no one else is acting like that.
-
You guys come on, it was obvious that the helicopter was sending out a special frequency only heard by the zombies and it led them right to Hershel's farm like the Pied Piper. Serisouly, I loved the episode. For some reason I didn't think Patricia would die, so I was shocked. The zombie battle was awesome, and…

Super pumped too, been watching as well (when the kids are out of the room). I am happy with the small twists with the "are we already infected" question, but if that becomes forefront to the story next season, I will be little disappointed. That's not really what the Walking Dead is about to me. It doesn't matter how it…

Of course it's a complicated answer now if you consider the Rise of the Governor book, but for all intents and purposes, if you only ever read the comic, that was his daughter. Sorry to be cryptic, but even if you read the novel, it doesn't make a difference of what the idea of him keeping her is supposed to convey. "His…

Yeah blame Glenn!!! That car alarm scene was funny. You have to wonder if that was really it though. Remember the walker they killed eating Darly's deer? It was Daryl's first scene. those lone stragglers are kind of sign of the bigger horde moving in, like the one that got Dale. Point is, you can't escape the zombies. They…

Rick has never been my favorite character, comic or show. I'm a big Daryl fan and I was liking Shane still being alive up until the middle of that last episode.

Most of what you say stems from them having to leave the Atlanta camp. They left the camp because of the walker attack. Rick did not lead the walkers there, he just wasn't there and had three other guys and some of the weapons so he didn't help in the camp defense. They couldn't have stayed there forever. Who knows what…
