Worked out early in the morning. Did a little more than an hour of cardio. Used portion control and didn't have seconds. I did have dessert sliver of pies. My daily calorie intake is 1500, I went over this cause I ate back exercise calories today

I eat peanut butter daily. It is my sweet for the day. I wish I could eat with a spoon, but measure it out. I eat one to two tbs.

I use Walden Farms sugar free. I have tried the ranch, bacon ranch, and thousand island. 40 to 45 calories, no sugar, and no carbs. They are great!

Have you tried making eggs. I usually make an omelette the night before and heat it up for lunch. Last few days made cheese,bacon,with tomato omelette and put inside a wrap. Very good! Other times I eat salads or tuna with little mayo no bread. I am also always looking for ideas.

I am 5'5" also and weigh 126 currently. I would like to weigh between 120-125. My goal is to be defined, especially in my arms/ shoulders and have a flat stomach!

I usually make an omelette the night before and warm in the warm at work. Sometimes hard boiled eggs, oatmeal if I know I am doing a hard workout, half cup special K protein plus cereal.....fruit!

I usually make my own. I use unsweetened almond milk, ice, and dymatize iso-100 gourmet vanilla. Sometimes I add fruit (strawberries or blueberries) and then blend it in a blender. It is delicious. I try to keep my carbs low but there is no way I feel I can stay at 50. That is very low especially if you are working out daily. I do not eat bread or pasta. I eat veggies and fruits which have some carbs as well as sugar. Even if i eat lettuce, veggies,fruit,and lean meats i am over 50. Please share what you eat in a day…

Usually put leftover meat in , tuna fish, or on Monday night I grill extra chicken to use each day. Eggplant, squash, broccoli are my 3 favorite things to throw in my salad! Sometimes I put shaved almonds or plain sunflower seeds in there too. I use Walden Farms Sugar free dressings.

Tell your girlfriend that she won't look butch. I lift 5 to 6 days... I love it! THe best part is looking in the mirror and noticing definition. Now just have to work on getting tan!
