  • I stopped eating for about a week when I was probably 13, until my mom caught me. About a year ago, I tried juice fasting with Naked juice. Both were terrible ideas. Not sure why I didn't think of eating right and exercising until now. XD

  • I would definitely add it. Even if it didn't FEEL like exercise, it was activity beyond your normal lifestyle. It probably won't add many calories... and keep in mind that MFP usually overestimates the calories burned. However, you did it, and I think you should own it! :)
