I don't care what anyone says, I'm still gonna eat my cottage cheese, string cheese and ice cream! sure the portions may be smaller and I don't eat them quite as often, but I'm still gonna eat them and you can't make me stop :)

Well the good news: I weighed in at 277! yay! Bad News: I only got 2 servings of fruit in 1 day last week :( I'm just not a big fruit eater and we rarely have any in the house! GW for next week is 276

I had an abnormal one about 2 years ago, but the biopsy came back normal. I get a pap every 6 months now and my doctor says that as long as this next one coming up is normal we can go back to yearlies. I was also kinda weirded out by the lack of information that the dr gave me after the first one came back abnormal but I…

I log them only if it's something out of the ordinary. Like a few weeks ago I was stuck cleaning out a warehouse...normally I sit at at desk, so it was something different for me so I logged it. Well only like 1/4 of it :P

Sadly I didn't get time to fit in any classes, but on the bright side I weighed in at 280, goal was 281. :)

Guess this is a good reason to check out a few classes ;) Was gonna try group cycling on saturday or sunday and I think I might try to fit in a yoga class one night after work...and if I can find a way to fit a water class in I wanna try one of those too :)
