If she had a bad week and you took her out and then she had to choose something "healthy" instead of what she really wanted, it might make her upset when she got on the scale the next time.   • The reality is that fat is lost from the places it is naturally held. Unfortunately, our breasts are one of those areas. You can do things to make them "perky" but to keep them the same size, I am afraid not.
  • I love the Wii EAS Sports Active. I don't have a board either, but REALLY enjoy all the varying workouts available on it!
  • If you don't agree with the ratio of Carbs/Protein/Fat, that CAN be changed! Go to Goals, Custom and then you can make the changes there. I have been recommended 40/40/20 based on my activity level, but remember everyone is different!
  • I really enjoy this workout. If you are wanting to "obatin the promise" Jillian expects the workout to be done daily. Good thing ... it is only 20 minutes. Warning ... it is tough for beginners! So, choose wisely!
