Sounds like you are doing awesome! I noticed the same thing about tomato soup, so I am going to stay away for now. For dinner tonight I am going to try the Unjury chicken soup mix. I hope it is tasty! I just had some sugar free banana pudding with unflavored Unjury in it. It is soooo yummy!

I started this morning, iced coffee protein shake for breakfast, greek yogurt with some whipped peanut butter stirred in for lunch. I've been sipping herbal tea. About time for another shake. Just took a tylenol for a killer carb-withdrawal headache. How are you doing so far?

Great job! Not sure if it counts for your phase but I live on the Morningstar Meatless Meatballs, Sausage Links, and Sausage Patties. They are very soft but do contain fiber. I was only sleeved two months ago so my pouch is still plenty tight, but I too have to fight the urge to stick things in it that don't belong! I'm here too, routing for ya girly! Just remember everything you have gone through to get here, and how worth it giving up some foods has been! Keep us updated : )
