I already cut out Pop in January so I'm working on cutting out booze since I usually have some kind of Drink 3 to 4 times a week when I'm done my shift at work. I'm not actually paying for the beverage but boy do my calories shoot up. I also Need to Cut out Orange Juice.

I don't think it's super important to actually reach the amount they recommend. I never Do. Eat How much you feel like you need and that's all what counts

when You add some thing. You need to add the calories the first time yourself. Like When I added the Walking away the lbs-3 miles. I used a Heart rated monitor to figure out how much I bured. Add the workout and the calorie amount then the next time i use it. It tells me how many calories i burned even if I just did half.
