It's about 125 per cake... Bit high But Flax is high in Calories. If You don't add Cheese it's makes it i about 95. But they are so Yummy. OH and Each Cake has 9 Grams of Protein. Oh it's 2/3 Cup. I'll correct the recipe. Didn't notice i forgot the Cup piece

I've never tried to use Coconut oil in place of margarine. But i've never tried to use cococnut oil. How does that taste? But I'm Sure it would work. try to google it or try it. you should let me know how that turns out

Yesterday I weighed in like a good Girl and it had stayed the same and Since I'm a bad girl,This Morning I jumped on the scale like I do every Morning Like I'm not supposed to do. And it says I've Lost 3 Lbs!. So thats puts me at 212!

I stayed the same this week. 215. I didn't eat the healthiest this week though. One day I made hte mistake of not eating breakfast before going to work so I think I attempted to eat everything in site including all the deep fried food.Okay who am i kidding. Only the deep fried food <.<

Lucky me then. I gave up Pop in Jan. I used to Drink over 2 glasses a day then I went Cold Turkey and have only had one sip Since. Though I still Crave it. I know it's better that i dont drink it

I was in that boat 5 months ago. but now I only have 68 Lbs left to lose. January 5 I started out at 289 and now I'm 224 and I'd really like to be 150. So that;s another 70 some lbs but I'd Settle at 160 or 170. I know You Can Do It :D

I find them Really far off. Lately I've been Jogging 4 Miles. and MFP tells me it's 600 calories But my HRM watch tells me it's 900. If I have my heart rate at 165 For almost the whole time.
