I do the same thing. I weight myself every morning...and before going to bed...if the weight remains the same that means i have burned what i have eaten. Some people say that u should weigh yourself after 7-8 days but this keeps me motivated. I also keep my old jeans for a reminder and try to get into them 1 st of every…

I am following a strict diet and exercise plan.. My target it to lose 5 kgs in 3 weeks..which is doable according to my trainer if I keep my diet under control. Would love to have some friends who are as motivated as me...add me if u are also serious about weight loss. We can help each other.
