You're not alone. I too, am not losing. I have been watching the calories, exercising, burning more calories than ever before, and I quit smoking. I am overweight by about 50 pounds. I should be able to lose at least 2-3 pounds per week. I have been exercising for 8 weeks and have only lost 4 pounds. Its very frustrating…
