Exercise and staying under my calorie goal.

A week or two ago I did 15 miles of walking and trained Brazilian jiu jitsu for an hour. Then I ate an entire pizza and a 2 liter of coke in 4 or 5 hours.

This is great because I don't want to be accountable anymore. From now on if either of us gains weight its your fault. I'm going to eat now so expect a talking to tomarrow.

Ok I can pretty much confirm that the Apple watch only considers walking an exercise if your going over 3.5 miles an hour.

Doing the same thing even more today. Out of 128 minutes it gave me 12. Still short of my 5 mile a day goal so after age of ultron I'm gonna jog a short distance and see if it counts all of it.

I walked with the app twice today. Both times it didn't count some time as exercise. I think I was going too slow. It bothered me at first but then I figured it counted in the workout app and maybe I need to pick up the pace and not smoke while I'm walking.

I've used a lot of different trackers. I'm back to the fuelband now. It looks good isn't rubbery and the se is water resistant but you can't swim with it. The vivofit is good too for another $30 but hate the rubber.

Eating to celebrate has never worked for me. You start making every event a reason to cheat. Could just be me though.

I also once quit a job to play mech assault. Have played 4 games for 72 hours without sleep. Those games were gauntlet on original xbox, halo2, halo 3, and gears of war.

I was on the best team to ever play gears of war 1. I was personally ranked 23rd of 2.5 million players with over 10 cheaters in the top 20.

The laws of thermodynamics do not apply to anyone differently. 100 calories at 9 pm or 2 am is still 100 calories. This is not my opinion.

Not really but if you eat at 3 am and weigh yourself in the morning you will be heavier. Same thing if you eat at 12pm and weigh in the afternoon though.

I'm not saying this applies to everyone or even a majority. I'm not saying that people don't need to be accountable. I'm saying that it's a very real problem any people have. As for me I used to drink 4 to 6 liters of soda every day, and it's still very hard not to.

Sugar is a drug. You build tolerance to it and have withdrawal from it. Wtf are you talking about not addicting. Let me clarify why I responded to this and why it makes me mad. Your basically saying that because you don't have a crack problem crack is not addictive.
