I think it looks great too! I feel your pain though. Two years ago I went in to have my hair cut (15 inches to locks of love) and have a some layers added. After he cut off the ponytail for donation he just kept on going!! It *barely* brushed the tops of my shoulders when he was done. I was devastated  . Two years…

I like Subway or Blimpie, Panera, Cosi (you can get baby carrots instead of chips!), Chicken Out, Red Lobster (grilled Shirmp yum!). We go to Panera the most, half a sandwich and a bowl of soup. Very filling! Like Anna_Banana said, I mostly go to places that have their nutritional info online so I can decide what to eat…

Mike's profile answers it : "My name is Mike, and I'm the creator of MyFitnessPal. I made the site because I wanted to lose weight, but I didn't like any of the other calorie counters I found on the web - so I made my own! I hope you like it as much as I do. And since it's just me working on the site, it doesn't cost much…

So what's a typical weekend day like? I usually only go to the grocery store once a month (bless you Costco) and maybe stop by on my way home from work to grab some fresh veggies if I need them during the week. Better yet have hubby stop and pick them up after he picks up the little one! If cooking seems like it takes too…

Hummus and baby carrots, yum!

My bf is going to be No. 6 from the Prisioner. I haven't decided if I'll try to go along with him or do my own thing.

I usually buy pre-packaged deli meats so I can see the nutritional values easily. Butterball has some really low-cal turkey and ham but I've found the store brand is usually just as good. Not many preservatives either. My best friend recently discovered she has high blood pressure and cholesterol and when she checked out…

It is :) And I absolutely love it. A little less sweet and than the sweet potato in my opinion. I just spray them with a little olive oil, sprinkle on some sea salt and put them in the oven.

Sorry to hear about that :(. My boyfriend had his bike stolen last year. Someone walked right up into the garage grabbed it off the wall and rode away. We couldn't believe it!

The OwnZone determines your HR. You turn it on and exercise for 5 minutes and at the end it tells you what your target zone is. It's more accurate than just entering the numbers into the computer (only slightly though) since it is based on how your heart is actually beating. You can redo it as you get in better shape.…

The F6 does work with your computer its called SonicLink. It also has the OwnCode which means you won't get interference from other HRMs if you're at the gym or working out with someone else who uses one. I'm not sure if you plan on wearing it all the time or not but I thought I'd tell you that it is kind of large. It's…

I always liked Diet Sprite with Vodka, Diet Coke with Rum (add some lime and it tastes better). Unfortunately most bars don't have Diet Sprite

I'm re-reading the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. I made it to book 9 the first time and then got busy and forgot about them. they're so complicated that I had to start over from the beginning so I could remember everyone's names and who they are! I'm looking forward to a little me time with book #6 while…

I got mine on eBay for ~$85. I picked the Polar F6 and I absolutely love it. I was leary about the chest strap but it is comfortable and I don't even notice it anymore. My results improved dramatically after I got it just because my exercise calories were much more accurate. I definitely recommend getting one!
