I've been taking supplements since Jan 1st. I combine a half the daily serving of vegegreens and phytoberry -- a full serving of each taken together is more than a body can process. I also take teaspoon of Carlson cod liver oil, lemon flavour. I suffer from chronic depression. Since I started taking these supplements, I…

Thanks everyone :) I bought a little scale for $20 so I can track better. Will make a better effort to not just track but also to log everything -- olive oil & honey included. I take Vegegreens and phytoberry supplements-- added those too. Wish I could blame TOM but alas i'm 2 weeks away... As for the wine... I drank as…

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm at 1300 and I mostly eat back my exercise calories (HRM) so, yeah, i guess I'm eating 1500 usually. Saturdays are my "eat what I want" days... But I am guilty of not tracking every single thing like tea, honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice... I'll invest in a kitchen scale so…

Thanks for the encouragement shadow2soul, dittmarml, and AmyRhubarb  I guess I have to wait and see if this is a trend or just water weight. SW 159.4 CW 160.4 I have gained a pound. WHY? Please help me. I've been staying on or under my 1300 calories and exercising 40 mins 5x a week with an average 200 calorie burn. I am at the beginning of my weight loss journey... Why am I not losing weight? Why have I gained weight?

Yay! I have found my people! ;) So glad to hear that as long as I exercise and fit the wine calories into my daily allotment I will still lose weight. :drinker:

Thanks! OK, so if I log and eat back my calories burned -20% I should be fine?
-
I'm a little confused. So if my TDEE (sedentary) -20% = 1300 and I put that number in MFP, what happens if I log my calories burned from exercise (I have a HRM) and eat back those calories? How does it affect my macro goals? Is that a big deal? I like doing as little maths as possible...

I finally broke down and bought a scale today so I can properly track my weight loss... I'm 40, 5'3 and 161 lbs. I must've weighed more when I started MFP 2 weeks ago. My goal weight is 135. I'm exercising 30 mins 6x a week with DDP Yoga, Zumba, and walking. So far the calorie reduction is going ok. Sometimes I'm hungry &…
