Start slow, work on changing say one thing a week/fortnight/month for instatnce start with a mulit vitamin, or cooking a new healthy dish etc- whatever works for you. Everyone is different of couse and I usually wear pants work, or jeans on the weekend so what gets my hubby going is when I dress a little more femine, a skirt or dress and stockings will pretty much do it for him every time. What does your husband like?

Better to be delibratley barren then stupidly fertile My husband and I do not have children and do not want children. At the end of the day it's a personal choice. One of the reasons we are not having children is because I don't see the point in having a child that is not 100% wanted!! Good on you for your choice!

Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, and Garlic Greek yogurt and teaspoon of shop bought salsa sauce 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter, a dribble of lemon juice, 1teaspoon garlic, 1teaspoon light balsamic salad dressing and soy sauce (optional) - I use this as more of a vegie dip but it's still good.
