yep, I use WII, I use a very different games and change when I get bored. For a beginner I would suggest Wii Fit. I also use Wii Active Personal trainer and I've recently started using Zumba. Have fun and good luck

I think 1200 is not a magic one size fits all number, and that the term "starvation mode" is over used by people that don't fully understand the term.

I have done the 17 day diet and it works well. It has 3 cycles of 17 days and a maintance stage. It is low carb and high protein. I usually eat between 900 and 1100 cal a day and I am losing consistenly, having said that I am about 5'1. Once I add exercise depending on what I do my net is generally around the 700 mark for the day. The only thing I can suggest is do your own research 1200 is not a one size fits all number.

There are heaps of stuff you can do from home. Sit ups, crunches, squats (with or with dumb bells) Lunges (can also be done using weights). Push-ups. I am sure there is a proper name but I call them backwards squats (you put your hands back on a low bench or a decent size pot plant etc and you push youself up and down).…
