Natural Yoghurt and a teaspoon of your favourite Jam, or Maple Syrup. Parfait's can be healthy if your substitute the full cream for yoghurt. It's a bit boring but maybe you can do a fruit salad

Maybe get some small hand weights and do some curls, over head, out to the side etc... do say 10 reps each to begin with. Push ups, crunches, lunges, tricep dips, step up's. You could aslo think about becoming a runner over time. DVD's are great, and there's lots of free stuff online as well

I generally eat between 900-1100 cals, listen to your body. 1200 is not a magic fit everyone number. At the end of the day you have to find what works for you. I generally eat a lot of veggies (I am not vegertarian) and not get 1200 in veggies I would need to to eat a little of 2kg's a day... it's just not going to happen.…

Check the link on my signature, I have a really good receipe for a lentil pie

Go with what works for you. 1200 isn't a magic fit everyone number. I generally eat between 900-1100 cals a day and hardly ever eat back my exercise cals, unless I am actually hungry. I know this can be a contraversal topic and I will not argue with any one about this - this is based on what works for me
