I have used the 17DD, and I stayed on it for a little under 3 months or about 5 cycles. I am not following it as strictly now, but still using is as a guide. I haven't put any weight back on and I am still loosing. I got around the issue of being "regular" by adding a teaspoon of phsyllum husk to my lunch time soup.

I sometimes make a little dip/sauce with mine to go with my vegetables. I use anywhere between 50-100grams of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of cruched garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, a squirt of lemon juice, and a shake of dried mixed herbs. Stir well. You can also use the above as a marinade.
