Mutts. Currently we have a lab\golden mix. I never understood the money some people pay out for dogs when there are perfectly good mutts, that will be the best dogs you've ever owned, out there just waiting you.

Are you running steady state or do you do any type of intervals (speed, hills, farltek)? And what about cross training? If you keep doing the same thing over and over you get diminishing returns as your body adapts to doing it.

The 5.11 shirt might be a little bulky for what you want. I tried one on with the intention of conceal carry and didn't care for the way it fit just walking around, can't imagine running in one. Just my 2 cents, you can usually find their stuff at bass pro, cabelas, etc.

I go "lawfully" armed everywhere so that wouldn't be the issue. But if they gave me no cause to fear them I probably wouldn't. If they are making it hard to work there are other ways to deal with that.
