Hello Annie, you can add me as a friend if you'd like. I also need to be kept accountable when I am weak. I have been here often, giving up then returning. I'd like this time to be different so I know for certain I need friends here.

I am also having a hard time losing weight that I give up but then return when more weight pile up and my body starts reacting in ways I don't want it to. What I think I need is a fitness buddy to keep each other encouraged and accountable. My husband is great but he simply refuses to see the extra pounds always telling me…

Wanting to be healthier is NEVER selfish. I think it is a brilliant idea to incorporate that into family life if you intend for it to be long term.

I'm from MD and trying out here a second time. It is a lot easier to stay on track with friends to encourage so please feel free to add me, anyone. I can do with the support.

I am new here too and also learning to eat clean. My husband is better than I am (has been at it for most of his adult life), but he lets me 'do my thing' which isn't a good thing sometimes, so I guess I need someone that would 'kick my butt' into doing wat is good for me (clean eating).

Good for you (The eating better choice). What that simply means is that you will be ingesting less junk into your system, it does NOT however mean less calories. You still will be ingesting more calories than you need if you eat more. Sticking to your 1200 should still be the way to go. The plus side will be that you will…

Add me too.....I also need the same kind of motivation/support, so tit for tat?
