  • I've been on Effexor for almost a year and a half now after trying Zoloft and Prozac. Effexor has been great for me but I also take it with Wellbutrin. I feel like this combination has really helped me turn my life around now that I no longer have long months of depression and frequent anxiety attacks that kept me from…
  • I was 130 lbs last May when I got put anti-depressants. I'm now 163 lbs. I was pretty much less than 130 lbs for the past 7 years so it's very disheartening that I gained so much weight in a year once I started taking them.
  • I've been on Zoloft for a few months and I've noticed it's a lot harder for me to lose weight compared to what I used to. It feels like no matter how much I eat, I'm still hungry afterwards! My appetite is huge! My energy levels aren't what they used to be either because my meds make me so sleepy all the time..... I lost…
  • I drink about 2-3 cups of green tea a day because I love the taste and it gives me a nice, hot drink to enjoy at work. I don't know if drinking it can really affect your skin or not, but once a week I put a bag of green tea underneath my eyes to reduce the puffyness and black circles, and I also use the green tea face…
  • I like eating instant grit packs since they're only 100 calories each. I also hardboil two eggs and just eat the egg whites for a low calories breakfast. I don't like eating too much in the morning but that typically holds me off until lunch.
  • I'm crazy about popcorn. An entire bag is about 150-170 calories depending on which brand you get. You can eat a ton of it and know its not a ton of calories! :)
  • 1 cup of Honey nut cheerios and a half cup of milk is really low cal but pretty filling for me! :)
  • Jergens has a lotion that "supposedly" firms and tightens skin and is supposed to help with cellulite and stretch marks. I mostly use it because I like the way it smells and it makes my skin feel really smooth but I have noticed a pretty big change in my stretch marks on my hips since I started using it back in April! It…
  • If you have a Wii, I would recommend buying some of the Just Dance games if you like to dance! I'm always sweating after playing a few of the faster songs and it's a really good workout while also being heaps of fun!
  • I'd love to get down to 135-138. I'm currently at 145 and even though my arms and legs are super toned, my tummy just can't seem to catch up. SW: 155 CW: 145 GW: 135-138
  • To me, I think the steam room really helps my complexion. My skin feels so soft and smooth after it! The heat also helps ease the tension in my muscles after a workout so I tend to feel more relaxed after relaxing in it for a few minutes. As far as I know, I don't think it really has any weight loss benefits?? I checked…
  • I tend to just not log when I'm sick....I just skip those days and get started on a healthy track when I think I can actually keep food down. As much as I love seeing the Kuroko gif, I think its unnecessary when she's asking a legit question.
  • I personally like bringing a bowl of brown rice or even vegetable potstickers. I love a little bit of asian flare for lunch!
  • You tend to walk around A LOT at conventions. I find myself not hungry a lot and sometimes I'm having too much fun and I unintentionally skip a meal! I'd suggest packing some fruit, like apples or bananas, to keep in your hotel room for a snack so you don't snack on crazy junk food :)
  • Wow! Thanks for the tip! I'm not really trying to lose anymore body fat since I'm pretty lean as it is right now. I would just like some nice muscles to go with it all :) I really appreciate the explanation!
  • I was just wondering which was more effective-- doing lots of low-intensity lifting or very few high-intensity lifting. I would like to tone up my body and strengthen my muscles.
  • I had gallstones last October and had to have my gallbladder removed as well. I gained back 20 lbs but just recently I was able to shed the last little bit of it that I had left. Just be careful with exercise! Don't overdo it.
  • Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. This one really helps me whenever I start doubting myself. I have a future and as long as I keep working towards my weight loss goals, I will reach them.
  • I'll be going to MTAC this year and almost every cosplay I'm doing this year shows some midriff. I REALLY need to bust my butt and shed off some extra weights so I look good with my cosplay partners ;) I'll be doing female Laharl from Disgaea, Saaya from Suisei no Gargantia (Belly dancer version), and Catherine from…
