28$ bi-weekly. So 56$ a month for access to all Goodlife Fitness Gyms in the province. This doesn't include towel service and supposedly this is a corporate rate. :/

I either do.. overnight oats.. (mmmm warm them up in the microwave and it's heaven) Or.. a hardboiled egg and two pieces of toast with butter. You can even cook a raw egg in the microwave. Scramble in a dish and zap for 1 minute. oh yes, and a banana. And Coffee!!! can't forget coffee.

Same here. I went from working downtown in the city, which was still a desk job, but I would drive to the train station (20 minutes) and the rest of the daily commuting downtown was on foot. Now I work and live in the suburbs. Drive to work 1.5 hours each way. There's been a huge difference with weight gain. Before, I was…

This video is intense. By the end I would be in a fetal position.. Sobbing.. Lol. Seriously though tough workout and you see results when you're eating well.

I was a 12/14 at my heaviest. Even at H&M, certain lines or styles fit differently. You just have to find a store where the clothes are made for you or get a bigger size and have the clothes tailored. Losing weight is also annoying when it comes to shopping. You are dropping sizes and always having to find clothes that fit…

I cheat Fridays to Sundays. I've always done this.. but there were some points that I was starting to not lose weight or gain because I was just eating too much bad stuff on the weekends and not exercising enough. So, now I still have my cheat weekends and continue to lose weight. I try not to put myself in a food coma by…

^agree with all of this! When I started seeing my dietician, she made me realise that it is a lifestyle change. Eating well and exercising doesn't end when you get to your goal weight. In the beginning I hated exercising. Now, I realise that exercise is essential. I've seen the changes and now I love working out and I know…

I have cheat weekends, Friday to Sunday. I love chocolate. Especially those new Dairymilk bars. So I have one of those once a week. I make sure to get to the gym as much as possible especially on cheat days. I also find that when I do go to the gym on cheat days, I am less likey to make a lot of bad food decisions. I have…

Same here! There's no better motivation!

I love putting it in salads and on bun-less burgers with all of your favourite condiments. Also blend it up and put it in your hair as a hair treatment.

haters - people that try to put you down for taking care of yourself. A lot of this comes from people who make no effort to be healthy deprivers/gimmick diets - no carb diets, no fruit diets.. no dairy? - Why? idolizing skinny celebrities/models.

This is it right here.

Sometimes it comes down to pushing yourself. If this is what you really want - to lose the weight - you have to force yourself to the gym and get your workout in. For me, when I started seeing results and I knew I wanted to maintain all the hard work that I've done, I realised that physical activity has to be an important…

I agree with this^

peanut butter is god's gift to us humans. I love it by the spoonful and sometimes my love for it gets out of hand. I had to ban myself from it for a couple months.. then somehow it found its way back into my pantry. I try my hardest to stay away from it.. but now i've found almond butter.. which is even better. *drools*...…
