I like to know my calories, protein, carbs, etc. intake. Who cares how much "points" they are? WW always changes their program so then you have to get new point calculators, books, etc. Calories are calories... they don't change. Silk Coconut milk in vanilla is great also! I love the thickness of the almond milk... makes me feel like I am drinking a milkshake. I use it in my coffee and plan to make some smoothies with it also. Yes! It is really, really good!:happy:
