I usually want all the ice cream, so I freeze really ripe, sweet bananas and then mix in the food processor until they go to the consistency of icecream and then eat it.. more like shovel into my mouth. 2-3 bananas fill up a massive bowl and it makes me happy!

Im 6ft and I hated being this tall until recently. I was bullied all through my school years because of it. I also have a hard time finding guys I like that are at least 6 2 (i like wearing platform shoes and wedges). I hope ill learn to like my height a bit more once I lose 20lbs

I still count calories even if I decide to have a few treats. I still do my darndest to stay within my calorie goal, but if I go 100 above then I dont care.

Im a uni student and I live off potatoes, brown rice and lentil soups. I add frozen veges to most things and grill any fresh veges. This. I relied on cardio too much and it never did any good for me. I find intermittent fasting great too. The main thing for me was trying out different things and finding what works for you Also that weight loss isnt immediate - it takes time!

I hope I lose my boobage because I really cannot afford a breast reduction. Sometimes I feel like I'd be my goal weight if I didn't have big boobs :P :(

I only drink green tea and I buy it with lemon and ginger added.

I buy mine from my local fruit & vege shop. I'm not fussed about organic because its more expensive and I'm a uni student. I do think a lot of companies use it as a marketing tool.
