What a great boyfriend! I have had my Fitbit One for almost a year and love it! I still only average about 5-6K steps a day but with out my Fitbit motivating me I know it would be less. I love the new challenges and competing with my friends.

Zumba is amazing. I go through phases where I do it for a while and then quit. I am currently in a phase of doing it several days a week and working up to every day. It has helped me maintain during the holidays instead of gain and now I'm focusing on my food intake so I can actually lose weight. I need to keep it up…

I started going to the gym a few weeks ago after a long hiatus. I am the most out of shape I have been in years but I don't really care what other people at the gym think about me. It's not my problem. That first time back the pushy sales people did single me out as the most out of shape person there and tried to sell me…

^^This. Everyone's metabolism is different and the calculators can be way off. My suggestion if you are not losing at the recommended calorie level is to get a BMR test to see how many calories you ACTUALLY burn.

I was on track after week 1 with 22.82 miles but yesterday I slacked off. Back at it today!

I'm in. This is my first challenge and my goal is 100 miles in July. I will be using my Fitbit so I will be counting all mileage, not just exercise mileage. I've walked a little over 70 miles in June so 100 miles will definitely be a challenge for me but doable.

I sent you a friend request. I am also looking for support to lose about 100 pounds.

I sent a friend request. I am in the same boat.

I recently did low carb for 2 weeks to kick start my weight loss. I felt great and it was pretty easy mostly because I knew it was only for 2 weeks. I know I can't sustain a LCHF lifestyle, although I know someone personally who swears by it, is very thin, and runs several miles every day. Now I am on MFP, logging my food,…
