I've lost 20 lbs so far (started at 166 and I'm down the 146) and I want to get down to 135. I've also gained a lot of muscle and have been weight training like crazy!

For the first time I can remember, I have a thigh gap! And a close friend of the family, who I haven't seen since January, said I looked like I had lost weight, and that I look great :-)

I'm 22, just graduated from Susquehanna University with a music education degree. Starting in October I'll be moving abroad to Thailand for a year to teach English. I want to get in better shape before I go, and would love to lose about 20 pounds (not necessarily before I leave) :-) I'm always up for new friends!
