I'm still knocking out my 90 minutes a day and getting my 72 ounces. How's everyone else doing?
-
I only managed 65 minutes at the gym today before heading home for football, but I've been doing great with my water consumption.
-
Knocked out 1 & 2 trying to get to 3 in the future :)

Corrie - I usually head to the gym after dropping my #3 at preschool at 9. Spend 90-120 minutes there with #4 in their childcare center before I have to head back to pick him up. It's a nice break for me, even if I am sweating buckets LOL Hope everyone is doing well today, feel free to add me as a friend!

Component 1- Log at least 90 minutes at the gym daily Component 2- 72 ounces water Component 3- Be at goal weight in 12 weeks This rocks!

I'm 5'8" - I was 202 when I started losing and 194 when I came to MFP in February. I'm 142 today. I think I want to get to 135, but somedays I'm not sure I need to go any further. We'll see, I guess. My Success Story is in my signature :)

I still feel this way, even though I know it's not logical. I have no idea if it will ever change. It's hard :(

Keep going. Just keep working as hard as you can. I had 4 sections in 6 years. It's taken a LOT of work to do it, but I've gotten to the point where I just have a bumpy kind of area from the scar, but the pouch is all but gone. I had before/after pictures up in my profile for a while, but I can't post it here because I'm…

I eat cheese every single day, with at least one meal. Full fat, full taste. Hasn't impeded my weight loss one bit.
-
I do, too. Full fat, with lunch and sometimes with dinner as well.

Hello, fellow Libra! Welcome :)

Thanks, guys :) A lot of people have messaged me to ask me what my secret is. I blogged about it, just in case anyone is interested: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/LimeyTart/view/the-secrets-of-my-success-144732

Hi!

You can! No joke - I am the laziest person you will ever meet LOL. If I could, I'd watch tv and read books all day long for the rest of my life. So if I can change, I'm pretty sure anyone can :)

We've Skyped a couple of times, but early on in the deployment and not since I really got thin. He's really busy, unfortunately. I'm a size 4 now and through some crazy circumstances, I get to spend a week with him in California in just over 6 weeks. I am so, so excited to show off to him LOL

I could have made your post when I got here! Mine are 2, 4, 6 and 8 and the 2 year old surprised me, right when I was ready start claiming myself back. Once I finally weaned her, I'd been pregnant or nursing for 8 years. Getting back to taking care of me has been the best thing I've done for myself AND for the kids.

The key for me is to make the gym and eating healthy not optional, in the manner that brushing my teeth is not optional. They get scheduled into my day and are something that must get checked off the list before I go to bed each night.

Hi! MFP is awesome, isn't it?

Hi! Welcome to MFP - it's awesome!

I'd love to join! I'm going to see my husband for the first time in nine months the week of Halloween, so I need to look FABULOUS. I'm 142 today and I'd like to be 135 by Halloween. I'm training for my first ever half-marathon in January. That should help me lose some weight, I think.

You can do this, Mel!

Are we doing this again for Sept?
