I'm back in the gym almost every day which was one of my main goals. Pounds are coming off slowly, but I'm not complaining !

Sodium is a killer, Mel. It causes so much water retention. I've got to give up bread and grains again, I think. My body just reacts so badly to them.

I am still going. My oldest has a birthday party this weekend, so I'm trying to get the house ready for that. I'm hoping to get into the gym Thursday, though.

How's everyone doing today? I'm fully stocked on good groceries after a morning of dragging the DH shopping LOL. He's decided he's joining me on my "new" fitness kick. He's always been a runner, but he's decided he wants to start heavy lifting, too. Fun for me ;)

No, I wouldn't say you failed! Sometimes you have to listen to your body when it tells you it needs rest. Think of it as a great start to today.

He's gone again. He was only here for a random training exercise. He's supposed to get R&R around Thanksgiving, before he goes back for the final three months or so. Hopefully he's home for a while (it's never for good in the Marine Corps LOL) in the spring. It was sweet ;)

Laura, that is wonderful news!! I'm having a barbecue at my house tomorrow afternoon and once that's over, I'm FINALLY finished with this insane week. Then Monday I'll be back to the grind, working my butt off.

I'm here, I'm here. Things just got super crazy at my house in the last few days. So many things to do/be done. I'm staying on track, but I've missed the gym today and will tomorrow - it's my 2nd daughter's 7th birthday and I just have a million things to do for that. How is everyone?

C1 - Go back to being strict with my diet - no bread. C2 - Post daily C3 - Current goal weight of 135 by the 12 week mark. I'm stuck. It's REALLY hard once you get close to your goal weight.
